It is useful for small installations and essential for medium and large-scale systems, providing real-time data and information to operators and specialized technicians for targeted and preventive maintenance.

By registering on the RS Monitoring web portal at www.riello-rsmonitoring.com, accessible via the website or the app, you can monitor the production and consumption of photovoltaic systems with a single account. The system sends alert emails for faults and notifications, with the ability to customize recipients and priorities. Real-time supervision of system performance is possible via Wi-Fi connection, with data sent to the Cloud. The dashboard provides a clear overview of monitored systems and detailed information, including energy production values, economic revenue, saved CO2 emissions, and graphical reports. Data can be exported for statistical analysis, and if the system includes SMARTSTRING, DC-side performance details are also available.

The RS Monitoring service provides a smart dashboard that allows customers and maintenance professionals to access real-time information on DC and AC power, energy production, and device status. The dashboard delivers data on the user and the photovoltaic field, including installation details, size, location, CO2 savings, trees planted, and earnings. It also offers detailed power value graphs and includes a configurable ALERT service via email for notifications on anomalies and malfunctions.

When inverters decide to take a break, RS Monitoring never sleeps!
Alarm management for photovoltaic systems is divided into three groups.
Group 1 concerns the absence of communication, generating an alarm if an inverter does not send packets for more than 8 hours.
Group 2 concerns zero energy production, activating an alarm if the inverter power is zero for 8 consecutive hours during the day.
Group 3 includes specific alarms generated by the inverters themselves.
In all cases, alarm emails are sent to the customer and errors are notified on the portal.
