In some cases, power networks are not able to accept the power generated by photovoltaic power plants but the user still wants to reduce their energy costs by installing a photovoltaic field with the intention of using all the energy produced. To comply with contractual constraints and not supply energy to the grid, Riello Solartech proposes to add the “Power Reducer” Kit that forces the inverter to produce only the power needed to power the connected loads.

  • Kit consisting of:
  • RS485 card (only for Sirio Centralized Inverters)
  • Power meter (modular digital multimeter with multilingual graphic LCD and RS485 output)
  • Current transformer sized according to the load.
